Hi, Iām Michelle.
I first discovered Pilates 30 years ago whilst studying for my BA (Hons) Dance & Performing Arts. I experienced its amazing benefits for improving strength and flexibility, along with balance and coordination.
In the many years that followed, Pilates became part of my life and was always my preferred choice of exercise.
More recently I took the leap and decided to retrain as a Pilates Instructor which has deepened my love and understanding of this way of movement.
I love that I can now help others discover the difference that Pilates can make to their lives. Whatever your starting point, I am here to show you just how much Pilates can help you grow in strength and confidence.
