Can anyone do pilates?

Yes! Pilates can be adapted to any fitness level, including beginners. Pilates exercises can be tailored to fit your fitness level and goals, starting with basic exercises and working up to more advanced movements.

Is pilates safe for people with back pain or injuries?

Pilates is widely recognized for its therapeutic benefits and can be modified to accommodate back pain or injuries. If you have a specific injury or medical condition that you would like to discuss then contact me via the online form.

What should I wear & bring along?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend leggings or athletic pants and a fitted top. Bring along a water bottle. Mats are provided.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of classes. For late cancellations or no shows we ask for payment in full.

Is there parking and facilities?

The studio has access to a toilet and there is lots of free on street parking outside.
